"Fantasy Flowers" was inspired by those long Texas summers where the flower beds begin to fade and blossoms begin to wilt around the 4th of July. As August approaches, most of my subject matter is gone. Since I paint from fresh flowers instead of photos, the end of the summer can be challenging to a floral artist... so, "Fantasy Flowers" was the best option... I love pattern and polka dots... I am a quilter and find great inspiration in the fabric stores! Beautifully printed on archival heavy weight watercolor card stock with white background. Frame worthy.
